In 1997, I entered this Industry as a Loan Officer for a Trust Deed Investment Firm. I enjoyed the firm. I am grateful for the knowledge that I gained. In 2002, I accepted a Wholesale Account Executive position, which provided "tons" of knowledge, that I also enjoyed. In 2007, the demise of my employer, and many other wholesale lenders, I went back into retail.

As an AE, I built my account base to my goal of 50 "Broker Shops," employing over 400 Loan Originators. I helped them with training, loan scenarios and assisted them with the closing of their files that were currently in progress at our Irvine Branch.

On files that were in jeopardy of denial, when working with an underwriter or funder wasn't working, I presented the merits of those files to our Operations Manager, for her consideration in assisting me with approvals. 

I consistently had one of the highest production and "pull-through" ratios in our Western Region. We were one of the top ten Wholesale Mortgage Lenders in the Industry. Our Irvine Branch, funded over $200MM a month. Our NYC based Company, funded over $500MM a day.

I traveled to "Corporate Rallies" twice a year. I enjoyed several "Corporate Visits." This allowed me to gain knowledge beyond the Branch Level. I know how "my" brokers conducted their business. I know the operations of Wholesale Lending. I have both a Wholesale and a Retail background to draw from.
